The hotel had its ups and downs. The rooms weren't ready during our stay and weren't sized for families, but they were clean and offered an amazing view. The service was top-notch, with special thanks to the staff, although there was an issue with billing. The location was beautiful with great outdoor spaces, but the hotel seemed unprepared for the number of guests. The dining options were limited, with breakfast being the only meal served. Overall, a mix of positive and negative aspects to consider.
